All of Marjan Oilfield’s new recruits undergo an orientation to familiarise themselves with our policies, our processes, and most importantly, our values.

Our Employee handbook sets out our principles, policies, and code of conduct, and provides guidance on how new employees can be incorporated into our approach to running our business. Our employee related services are fully automated and available through our online portal, providing easy access to all employees.

Long service awards
As an expression of our gratitude towards our loyal and long-serving employees, we have instituted a number of significant, high impact long service awards and schemes.

As an expression of our gratitude towards our loyal and long-serving employees, we have instituted a special long-service award scheme. For employees who have been with us for 20 years, Marjan Oilfield sponsors five years of college education for up to two of their children. On completion of 25 years of service, employees receive a custom-made gift and a substantial cash award. Three decades of service entitles an employee to a three-month paid sabbatical as well as a substantial cash award.
